We are pleased to post the pre-recorded video of our 2024 Annual Public Meeting. You are invited to watch messages from Elizabeth Wademan, CDEV President and CEO, and Russ Wenman, Vice President and Head of Execution and Advisory, as they review this year.

This year, CDEV has been central to the management and delivery of high-profile economic projects and initiatives critical to the government, such as the completion of Trans Mountain's expansion project, the oversight of the Canada Growth Fund, the structuring of a $2.14-billion financial transaction with Telesat to support Canada's largest space program, the sale of our Air Canada shares for a net proceed of $544 million, and the launch and implementation of the inaugural $5-billion federal Indigenous Loan Guarantee Program. Hibernia also continues to be a successful investment for the Government of Canada.

CDEV is focused on its position as the government's centre of excellence for financial advisory based on its renewed strength and unique expertise. CDEV continues to be ready to respond to government priorities and bring a critical commercial set of thinking and expertise to complex financial situations.
