Retirement of Board Chair, Steve Swaffield, from the boards of CDEV and its subsidiaries

Today marks the retirement of our Board Chair, Steve Swaffield, from the boards of CDEV and its subsidiaries after a long and distinguished service.

Over the seven years that Steve has been on the board, he served as Chair for the past six years and during his tenure, played a critical role in supporting the growth and success of the organization. Under his board leadership, CDEV accomplished a great deal, expanding its mission and responsibilities and contributing in important ways to the national interest. Notably, Steve has served as the longest standing Trans Mountain Corporation board member and played an important role in supporting Trans Mountain through its expansion. The recent completion of the pipeline expansion is a major engineering accomplishment and a great milestone in recognition of his role as both CDEV board chair and a director on the TMC board.

As Steve retires from the board, CDEV would like to thank him deeply for his service, leadership, and partnership.  We are grateful for his significant contributions to CDEV and its subsidiaries.

The CDEV Board has elected Jennifer Reynolds as the lead director in the interim.
