Eaux Douces is a cultural gastronomic hub at the Jacques Cartier Pavilion. Located in the heart of the lively and touristic Old Port district, this must-visit third place offers a gastronomic space that highlights cuisine from both local and international origins, featuring seasonal, responsible, and local Quebec products. It also boasts a rich annual program of both culinary and cultural events.

The dining area, with its terrace named La Trinquette, will showcase responsible and friendly cuisine. This vibrant spot along the river, accessible to everyone, will be the perfect pause to enjoy a sunny terrace and a varied, gourmet offering.

Its maritime décor, reminiscent of its strategic location near the Saint Laurent River, is also inspired by the communities and waves of immigration that will be highlighted, contributing to Montreal's diverse and multifaceted character.
