Today, our subsidiary, Trans Mountain, announced the appointment of Mark Maki as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Michael Davies as the new President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective September 1st, 2024. We congratulate both Mark and Mike on their promotions and have every confidence in them in their new roles. Mark has worked as TMC's Chief Financial and Strategy Officer since 2020 and Mike is currently the company's Chief Operating Officer and has worked for Trans Mountain for over 34 years. This announcement follows the last month's announcement around board succession, with current CEO, Dawn Farrell, transitioning to Board Chair on September 1st, 2024.

As the parent company of TMC, CDEV congratulates Dawn, Mark, and Mike on their new roles. They bring expertise and leadership to the Corporation for the next phase of its business cycle upon successfully completing the Expansion Project earlier this year. We look forward to working with these leaders and the rest of the TMC team in the time ahead.
