AFN National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak and AFN Regional Chief Willie Moore Congratulate Grand Chief Garrison Settee on His Election

(August 29, 2024 – Unceded Algonquin Territory, Ottawa, Ontario) — The Assembly of First Nations (AFN) National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak is extending congratulations to Garrison Settee on his re-election as Grand Chief of Manitoba Keewatinowi Okimakanak (MKO).

"On behalf of the AFN, I extend a heartfelt congratulations to Grand Chief Garrison Settee on his re-election to lead the MKO. As he enters his third term, Grand Chief Settee continues to be a dedicated leader and advocate, working tirelessly to advance Manitoba First Nations priorities for future generations," said AFN National Chief Cindy Woodhouse Nepinak.
