Léandre Nawej joins the CRRF team as Partnership Manager.

Léandre is a natural leader with more than eight years of multi-sectoral experience in education, youth development and philanthropy. She has a deep affinity for amplifying the work of historically marginalized groups in Canada and abroad which she has demonstrated at the Women and Gender Equality Canada, Pathways to Education, Education Development Center (Senegal), Canadian Association for Girls in Science, and the Rideau Hall Foundation where she fondly served for four years in a grantmaking and community building capacity.

Léandre is deeply committed to mobilizing financial resources for social good, facilitating collective care discussions, exploring decolonized food culture, and delving deeper into active allyship. Léandre is grateful to reside in Tiohtià:ke, home of the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation, where she can give and receive from the people, the land and the water that surround her.
