Tribunal Initiates Inquiry—Certain Wire Rod from China, Egypt, and Vietnam by Canadian International Trade Tribunal on Monday 11 March 2024 08:05 PM UTC+00 | Tags: news-releases The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated a preliminary injury inquiry into a complaint by Ivaco Rolling Mills 2004 LP, of L'Orignal, Ontario, that it has suffered injury as a result of the dumping of certain wire rod from the People's Republic of China, the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The Tribunal's inquiry is conducted pursuant to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA) as a result of the initiation of a dumping investigation by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Tags:
